This is a torte which you can serve as a dessert with a quenelle of lemon ice cream or simply on its own….. The rich chocolate ganache filling is mixed with fresh raspberries, spooned into a sweet pastry based and topped with more raspberries and crushed pistachio nuts. A dessert truly worthy of enjoying in small mouthfuls as it is very rich. Six – eight slices, depending on how decadent you want to be ! This torte is only available for pick up at the farm shop. Price: £16 per torte.

Ingredients (allergens in bold):

Base – egg; flour (wheat); icing sugar; salt; butter (milk); water

Filling – milk chocolate ganache – sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder (milk), butter oil (milk), hazelnut paste, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, natural flavourings. May also contain other nuts, peanuts, soya and cereal. Raspberries.

Topping: raspberries, pistachio nuts
