Our damson and white chocolate cheesecake is a bestseller in our shop and café. It’s made to Ron’s own special recipe and is utterly, utterly divine and self-indulgent. The base is made out of biscuit crumb…. damson jam is slathered over the base.… then topped with a white chocolate and cream cheese mix…….. mmmm. This is a deep cheesecake – and each slice is a very generous helping . It is suitable to serve on its own with a cup of good quality coffee; as a dessert accompanied by thinly-sliced fresh fruit thinly coated in honey; or as part of a celebration afternoon tea.
